    Jerusalem Rd. ?
Is that up in Harford County?

Yes, it is in Kingsville. The bridge is actually on Jericho Rd, just down the road from the historic village of Jerusalem Mills, more or less opposite the General Store. The address for Jerusalem Mills is: 2813 Jerusalem Rd, Kingsville, MD 21087.
